NoVacancy 2026 runs September 23–24, 2026, at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. Organized by Terrapinn under the "Technology | Commerce | Design | Experience" banner, it's built as a marketplace connecting hotel and accommodation suppliers with buyers actively sourcing new solutions, and this edition features 250+ suppliers and 220+ speakers.

With more than AU$1.1 billion in FF&E spend in the pipeline through 2028, design is a major focus this year — NoVacancy runs a dedicated Design Hub and Design Talks sessions, free for architects, interior designers, and FF&E specifiers, alongside its broader technology and commerce programming.
